Current trends in graduate recruitment

Graduate recruitment has changed considerably in recent years – and we are fortunate to see this first hand, and across the world. Howard Grosvenor, from cut-e, has brought some interesting insights of current trends in graduate recruitment. Some of the highlights are reflected below.

Retaining Talent with Situational Judgement Tests

A case study from easyJet highlighted how the effectiveness of their hires increased from 41% to 55% after including STJ’s (Situational Judgement Test) in their recruitment process. In screening candidates early on in the process, the outcome improved the performance rate of employees across a range of positions.
